MacOS Preview

MacOS Preview will read and permit on screen completion of the form but may not save the data 

in a manner compatible with Acrobat on a PC.

To be sure "emailed" completed forms will be readable on a PC save the completed form using the 

"Save as PDF..." option found in your print window.
